Account Information: When you register (via Google, Apple, or email), we collect your name, email address, profile picture, gender, and date of birth.
User Generated Content (UGC): We collect the content you create and post, including live video/audio streams, stream descriptions, instant messages, and photos or posts in the "Moments" section.
Media Permissions: To enable streaming and sharing, we request access to your device's Camera (for video streaming and profiles), Microphone (for voice calls/rooms), and Storage/Photos (for uploading and saving images).
Device & Usage Data: We collect technical logs, device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP addresses, network details, and application performance metrics/crash logs (via Firebase Crashlytics).
Payment Details: Virtual purchases are processed directly through third-party billing services (Google Play Billing / Apple App Store). We do not collect or store your credit card or bank account details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To operate, maintain, and upgrade the Loves Live app and its core features (including ZegoCloud-powered live streaming and audio rooms).
To facilitate interactions and connection with other users through messaging, following, achievements, and gifting.
To verify identity, age, and restrict unauthorized access.
To monitor and moderate user behavior, preventing spam, abuse, exploitation, and policy violations.
To debug, diagnose system issues, and optimize application performance.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We share information only under strict circumstances:
With Other Users: Content you publish (such as your public profile, Moments, and live streams) is visible to other users.
Service Providers: We utilize third-party services like Firebase (authentication, crash tracking) and ZegoCloud (real-time video and audio communications) to power the application. These providers only use the data to perform services on our behalf.
Compliance and Safety: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of our users, the general public, and minors.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information as long as your account remains active. You can request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time directly through the Settings screen in the mobile app, or by contacting our support team via email. Upon deletion, your personal information is permanently deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.
5. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, please remember that no transmission method over the internet or mobile network is 100% secure.
