By accessing or using Lio Live, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of Lio Live, you confirm you are at least 13 years old (16 in some jurisdictions), have read these Terms, and agree to comply. If using on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind them.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. One person per account only.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use Lio Live to:
- Broadcast illegal, hateful, pornographic, or violent content
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system
- Use bots or automation without written permission
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting, you grant Lio Live a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the platform. You are solely responsible for all content you publish.
5. Virtual Currency & Gifts
Diamonds are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value outside our official creator payout program. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. Lio Live may modify diamond prices, gift values, and payout rates at any time with reasonable notice. Unused diamonds are forfeited upon account termination.
6. Creator Payouts
Eligible creators may convert earned diamonds to real currency via our payout program. Minimum thresholds, fees, and processing times apply. Lio Live reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected pending investigation.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in Lio Live — including the app, logos, design, algorithms, and technology — belongs to Lio Live or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any remaining diamonds are forfeited unless law requires otherwise.
9. Disclaimers
Lio Live is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We are not responsible for user-generated content or actions of third parties on the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lio Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation, then resolved via binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
